Services must begin and end on time so that late arrivals do not run over to the next guests time. 48 hours is appreciated. Appointments cancelled without 24 hours will be charged
25% of full service charge.
NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of service price. Credit Cards are required to reserve an appointment.

Upon making an appointment request, please be ready to have a mini consultation via text with your stylist. We will require a current photo of your hair, chemical history for 2 years, along with inspiration photos to best determine services needed. If you aren't sure of what to request, please schedule a consult and we will take it from there.
