Welcome Oktavia

Oktavia has been licensed cosmetologist for two years, but she was doing hair way before that as she grew up in the salon! 

 She has a natural talent and passion for the industry(hmmm...wonder where she gets that from?) and a mom who loves to share the knowledge. 

 After a 3000 hour apprenticeship, Oktavia passed her Cosmetology State Board Exams On First attempt (2022)

Oktavia is amazing with fashion haircolor, including trendy techniques like rainbow, prism and neon shades.
